All items sold by Hearts Aflame are made to order and crafted specifically for each customer.

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.

No Returns & No Refunds

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any reason, including:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect selection

  • Delays within the stated production timeframe

  • Personal preference

Please ensure all details are correct before placing your order.

Made-to-Order Items

Each piece is individually made and prepared upon purchase. For this reason, orders cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded once production has begun.

Faulty or Damaged Items

In the unlikely event that your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will assess the issue in line with Australian Consumer Law.

This policy does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law in relation to items that are faulty or not as described.
